NPO Passat has shipped a new batch of dust collectors to the customer
NPO Passat has supplied two wet coagulation dust collectors to sylvinite processing plant No. 3. The equipment is designed for the wet cleaning of the dust-gas-air mixture coming from fluidized bed dryers.
The capacity of each unit for dusty air is at least 110,000 m3/h. The residual dust concentration at the outlet does not exceed 50 mg/m3.
Components that come into direct contact with the aggressive environment are made of corrosion-resistant steel grade 10X17H13M2T. The remaining structural components are made of 12Х18Н10Т steel.
This is not the first delivery of gas cleaning equipment to this enterprise. Previously, NPO Passat successfully manufactured and supplied similar units for the processing plants of the 3rd and 4th ore management departments.
