Installation of Scavenger Flotation for 3 Production Unit of Belaruskali, JSC
Delivery package includes:

apparatus for contacting pulp with reagents before rougher flotation;

commissioning, training and starting-up of all the equipment complex, acceptance testing and putting into operation.
Advantages received by Customer in the result of ejector flotation machine implementation:

The quality of scavenger flotation of concentrate increased in 1%(quality of consentrate from scavenger flotation was at least 91%, while the quality of the three cleaner flotation was no more than 89%).);

Electric power consumption increased to 130kW/h to every section;

Reduce maintenance costs;

Production areas for cleaner flotation were reduced;

Costs for construction of machines were reduced.
